Four capabilities. One team.

What follows is the full picture of what an engagement with Senocom can include. Most clients start with one service and add others as the relationship matures. The capabilities are designed to compound — analytics built into the campaigns, the campaigns informing the platform roadmap, the platform feeding back into the analytics.

Service

Marketing Solutions

A full marketing operation across digital, performance, and influencer — run as one team against shared targets.

An engagement covers all three sub-disciplines: digital strategy and creative, performance media buying, and influencer programmes — coordinated under one operating layer. Targets are agreed in writing at the start (CAC, ROAS, payback, retention) and reviewed against a fixed reporting cadence. Because the same team that runs the campaigns also reviews the data, there is no gap between execution and measurement.

What an engagement covers

  • Digital marketing — brand strategy, creative production, content programmes, channel architecture
  • Performance marketing — paid search, paid social, native, app install, and retargeting against CAC and ROAS targets
  • Influencer marketing — talent sourcing, deal negotiation, campaign execution, post-campaign performance reporting
  • Landing-page experimentation, conversion-rate optimisation, lifecycle email programmes
  • Competitor analyses, category benchmarking, market-expansion playbooks
  • Weekly performance reviews against the targets agreed at engagement start

Analytics & Data

Business intelligence, reporting, and the data layer beneath it.

A typical engagement begins with a data audit — what the client already has, what is missing, and what is unreliable — then designs the unified data model and the warehouse layer the dashboards sit on. The output is reporting that operators, heads of growth, and executive stakeholders can each read against their own decisions, refreshed continuously and reconciled against source systems.

Typical deliverables

  • Data audit and reporting architecture design
  • Warehouse and unified data-model implementation
  • Executive dashboards covering CAC, payback, cohort retention, and contribution margin
  • Automated reporting, alerting, and data-quality monitoring
  • Attribution modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Performance research and reporting on an agreed cadence

Product Development

Custom software, internal tools, and integration layers built to specification.

Engineering engagements are delivered by Senocom’s in-house technical team. Architecture, interfaces, data models, and integration contracts are documented and reviewed before any build work begins. The output is operating software, not prototypes — deployed to the client’s infrastructure, version-controlled, with documentation and source delivered against each milestone.

Typical deliverables

  • Architecture documentation reviewed before build
  • Backend services, databases, and service APIs
  • Operator interfaces, internal tooling, and back-office systems
  • Integration layers connecting ad platforms, CRMs, and reporting systems
  • Source, documentation, and configuration delivered at each milestone
  • Post-handover support agreements where required

Marketing Infrastructure

The proprietary platforms we built to run our own marketing operation, customised and licensed to clients.

Over the years of operating our marketing arm, we have built our own internal infrastructure — affiliate management, attribution, partner portals, conversion tracking, reporting layers. Each piece was developed to solve a real operational problem in our own work. We now make these platforms available to other operators who need the same capabilities without the multi-year cost of building them from scratch. Each deployment is customised to the client’s context and delivered either as a software licence the client deploys themselves, or as a managed service Senocom operates under a support agreement.

Platforms available for licensing

  • Affiliate management system — partner programmes with server-to-server tracking, payout reconciliation, role-based partner portal, fraud filtering
  • Conversion tracking and attribution — postback infrastructure, multi-touch attribution models, audit-grade event logs
  • Reporting and BI layer — dashboard infrastructure unifying ad platforms, CRM, and product data
  • Operations tooling — campaign management, creative review, partner CRM, payout workflows
  • Each platform available under software licence (deployed to client infrastructure) or as a managed service (operated by Senocom)
  • Customisation, integration, and support agreements scoped to each engagement
Commercial models

Three ways to work with us.

A practical question that comes up early: how is the relationship priced and contracted? The answer is one of three structures, chosen based on what the client wants to take away from the engagement.

Project build

Fixed-scope engagement priced against milestones. The client receives a working system and a perpetual licence to use it for their internal business. Suited to clients who need the deliverable but do not need Senocom to keep operating it afterwards.

Platform licence

Recurring access to one of our proprietary marketing platforms — affiliate management, attribution, partner portal, or reporting layer — with updates, support, and version maintenance included. Suited to clients who want a working product faster than a custom build allows.

Operating retainer

Senior team embedded in the client’s operations to run the system day-to-day, analyse performance, and evolve the platform as scope grows. Suited to clients who want the operating capability without hiring the team to build it.
