// About

A delivery team for digital products at scale.

Senocom Ltd was founded in 2024 to solve a specific gap — the absence of delivery partners able to combine software engineering, performance marketing, and analytics in a single accountable team. We work with operators of online products, games, and consumer platforms whose growth has outgrown both their founding teams and the off-the-shelf tools they started with.

Why we exist

The gap we were built to close.

Most growth-stage businesses end up assembling four separate vendors to do what should be one job: an agency for paid acquisition, a freelancer for analytics, an offshore team for engineering, a consultant to keep them aligned. The result is plausible-looking activity with no operational view of whether any of it is working.

Senocom was set up to deliver that work from a single accountable organisation. The people running paid campaigns sit alongside the engineers building the data infrastructure, and both are measured against the same performance framework. The platforms we deploy carry our own intellectual property, refined across engagements rather than rebuilt from scratch each time.

We deliberately stay small. There is a fixed number of engagements we can run at the standard we commit to, and we close the door before we exceed it. That decision — not to scale faster than the delivery quality allows — is the most important one we have made.

How we operate

Four principles, applied consistently.

01

Ship systems, not decks.

We measure ourselves by what we put into production, not by the slides that preceded it. The analytics layer ships with the platform, not after. Strategy documents are the output of a conversation, not a deliverable we bill for.

02

Own the stack we deploy.

We reuse our proprietary frameworks, tooling, and integration libraries across engagements. Faster delivery, proven patterns, a shorter distance between requirement and running system — clients benefit from everything we have already built and refined.

03

Respect the commercial context.

Every dashboard, every integration, every automation exists to serve a commercial outcome. If a proposed piece of work does not map to a measurable business impact, we say so during scoping rather than after delivery. We would rather lose a project at proposal stage than invoice for one that should not have run.

04

Transparent partnership.

Milestones are explicit, deliverables are defined in writing, and reporting is open to the client at any time. Payment terms, intellectual-property provisions, and acceptance criteria are agreed at the start, so there are no surprises at invoice time or at project close.

Why work with us

What clients actually get.

Senior people doing the work.

The team that scopes the engagement is the team that builds and operates it. No bait-and-switch between a senior pitch and junior delivery.

Operating data, not vanity reporting.

Reporting is built alongside the product, refreshed continuously, and reconciled against source systems. The dashboards are read against decisions, not framed for board presentations.

Contracts that survive the relationship.

Engagements are governed by clear written agreements covering deliverables, milestones, payments, and intellectual-property terms. The structure works whether the relationship is six weeks or six years.

Considering Senocom for an engagement?

A short note describing what you are working on is enough. We will reply with whether the brief fits what we do, and what a sensible first step looks like.
